- Paid customers: within 4 hours during business hours for order questions and delivery updates, typically faster.
- Urgent order issues: acknowledged within 1 hour during business hours.
- Custom quotes: agencies, resellers, and 500+ comment orders receive a detailed proposal within 8 hours.
Coverage and business hours
Core support hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00–18:00 UTC. Weekend coverage is reduced, but weekend email is monitored and urgent issues are answered. Response times may be longer.
During the typically 6–8 UK public holidays observed each year, the contact form still accepts submissions and they are answered on the next working day. Active delivery continues through those periods.
Agencies and high-volume customers can ask for a dedicated account manager. That service includes direct email access and guaranteed same-day responses during business hours. To request it, include “agency account” in your first message.
